By booking or doing business with Platinum Marketing Group Inc., doing business as Platinum Stays, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please note that all promotional vacation packages and fulfillment services are provided by our trusted partner, Preferred Guest Resorts (PGR). The policies, requirements, and conditions set forth by PGR apply to all packages purchased through Platinum Marketing Group Inc., DBA Platinum Stays.

The Fine Print.

Your promotional vacation package is offered by Preferred Guest Resorts on behalf of select participating Resort and Vacation Rental Sponsors including but not limited to ResortStay Intl, Starpoint Resort Group, Westgate Resorts, Exploria Resorts, Hilton Head Guest Services, RiverPointe Napa Resort and Breezes Private Residence Club at Pacifico.
What to Expect.
Domestic US and International promotional vacation offers includes leisure hotel or resort accommodations for up to four people sharing the same accommodations at one of our preferred hotel partner properties such as Rosen Hotels and Resorts, Clarion, , MGM’s Excalibur Resort & Casino, The STRAT, The LUXOR, Embassy Suites by Hilton the Country Inn & Suites by Carlson and similar. The exact location is determined at time of booking confirmation and is based on availability. You will be responsible for any incidental expenses such as transportation, activities, applicable resort fees and a reservation guarantee to cover taxes and processing fees. $15 per night per room for Domestic locations and $25-$45 pp per day for International All- Inclusive Destinations which includes VIP Shuttle transportation from Airport to Resort upon arrival, all meals, entertainment and International taxes.
There are no blackout dates. However, rooms are provided in the order they are reserved. Peak travel dates near nationally recognized holidays and special events, such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Spring Break, Formula 1 and the Daytona 500 may be subject to a surcharge due to high demand. You may request dates 60 to 180 days in advance. For optimal availability we recommend you book at least 90 days in advance. Alternative accommodations may be available upon request. Please check with customer service for specific date details. Pets are not allowed. Additional room nights, accommodation upgrades and more may be purchased at the time of booking.
Eligibility.
This offer is not valid for full time students and is designed for married households, cohabitating couples and families traveling together for recreational and vacation purposes. Guests must be at least 25 years of age with a major credit card to check-in. Guests must be gainfully employed with income of at least $50,000 per year at the time of travel. This offer is not valid if you have taken a promotional tour at any resort location within 6 months of your next arrival date. Your spouse, if married, and all adult traveling companions must speak English or Spanish and attend and complete the presentation together. Guests must present a valid US ID and Credit Card upon arrival.
Single males, families travelling on more than one package and groups who do not meet the qualifications above may still travel on an alternate plan for an additional fee. Contact reservations at 800-656-2780 or stay@preferredguestresorts.com for details.

Please note, this promotional offer is contingent on your presence at a 90-120 minute VIP promotional Vacation Resort sales presentation provided by the sponsor of each destination. Tour dates and times are at the discretion of the sponsoring resorts. If you do not attend your sales presentation, the sponsor will be unable to provide the specially discounted room rate and the credit card on file will be charged a no-show fee for the prevailing rate the starting at $75 per night, at the time of your stay.
Rescheduling or Cancellation.
For your convenience, requests for your first promotional stay may be made within 24 hours of purchase and for your convenience dates may be altered, changed or reserved within 18 months of purchase date. Each subsequent stay may be requested as soon as 90 days after your first promotional stay. A maximum of five (5) promotional stays may be consumed over any 5- year period. Please be advised that any change or cancellation requested under 28 days prior to arrival may be subjected to a $75.00 change fee. Any change or cancellation under 8 days of arrival could be subjected to a fee ranging from $129.00 -$209.00 per night predicated on your specific hotel selection. The promotional hotel offer is fully transferable for $25 under same terms and conditions and is non-refundable 30 days after the purchase date.
