Terms of Purchase – 100% Transferable

By providing payment information and a billing address, Buyer authorizes and acknowledges that their credit card has been charged for the amount specified in this purchase order, and that all sales are final. By purchasing this travel package, Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and expressly agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, without modification, and intend to be legally bound by them. Buyer further agrees that these Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the contract. Any payment made toward a travel package offered by the promotion vendor constitutes final acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Platinum Stays reserves the right, with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours’ notice to clients, to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting such changes on its website.

Liability Statement

As a condition of participation, the Customer hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Platinum Stays, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, liabilities, and expenses of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to litigation costs, court costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or related to participation in the travel package. Platinum Stays acts solely as an agent for independent travel suppliers providing resort accommodations and services. Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Platinum Stays from any actions, omissions, negligence, delays, overbookings, cancellations, service interruptions, cessation of operations, equipment failures, accidents, or itinerary or schedule changes caused by such independent suppliers.

Terms of Purchase

Purchaser understands and agrees that the full amount paid for this travel package is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a qualified person(s). Purchaser acknowledges that separate terms and conditions imposed by applicable suppliers will apply to all reservations, products, and services purchased. Purchaser agrees to comply with all supplier policies, rules, restrictions, payment obligations, and usage requirements. Any violation of supplier terms may result in forfeiture of monies paid and Purchaser assuming liability for any costs incurred by Platinum Stays due to such violation. Purchaser acknowledges responsibility for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, assessments, resort fees, submission fees, and other costs arising from the purchase and use of the travel package. Out-of-term cancellations (less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the scheduled check-in date) require documentation of a qualifying emergency. Failure to attend or complete a mandatory resort presentation during the vacation may result in a $600 USD penalty and/or assessment of the full retail rate of the resort. The travel package allows flexibility in destination selection; however, the number of nights at each destination must comply with the package specifications. Certain resorts impose eligibility requirements due to marketing programs, which are governed by the individual resort’s policies.

Terms of Travel

  1. At least one traveler must be between the ages of twenty-eight (28) and seventy-five (75) and meet a minimum annual income requirement of USD $55,000 – $75,000 for single travelers).

  2. Vacation days may not be split or used consecutively. All vacation stays included in the package are exchangeable for available destinations under the Platinum Stays program, subject to specific day and night limitations. Resort and hotel availability is subject to change.

  3. Airfare, ground transportation, resort fees, taxes, reservation booking fees, gratuities, incidental charges, and any required security or incidental deposits are the sole responsibility of the traveler unless otherwise expressly stated. Certain booking fees, resort fees, and applicable fees may range from $9.99 to $59.99 per night, depending on the destination, property, length of stay, and resort policies.

  4. Airport transportation may be sponsored by certain all-inclusive resorts. While Platinum Stays may assist with scheduling airport pickup, all transportation during the stay remains the traveler’s responsibility.

  5. All bookings, upgrades, modifications, and cancellations must be made through the reservations department and may be subject to applicable fees.

  6. Valid identification, including but not limited to a driver’s license, passport, and credit card, must be presented upon arrival.

  7. Some resorts impose eligibility requirements related to age, income, marital or cohabiting status. Travelers are responsible for verifying eligibility prior to booking and must comply with all resort qualification criteria.

  8. Airfare or transportation benefits, if applicable, are determined solely by the specific certificate issued and will be disclosed at the time of issuance. Benefits vary by certificate and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the certificate terms. Any travel certificates offered as promotional incentives are fulfilled exclusively by independent third party providers. Platinum Stays does not own, operate, administer, or control such certificates and expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for their issuance, availability, fulfillment, or performance. Access to certificate-based vacations is contingent upon the purchaser’s completion of at least one primary vacation that includes the required sponsored resort presentation. Failure to complete the required presentation will result in forfeiture of promotional certificate benefits. All certificate redemptions are subject to the issuing provider’s terms, conditions, availability, verification requirements, and qualification criteria.

  9. Domestic (U.S.) destinations include a four (4) day, three (3) night stay. All-inclusive destinations include a five (5) day, four (4) night stay and cover up to two (2) adults and two (2) children. Non-inclusive destinations accommodate up to four (4) travelers with no age restrictions, unless otherwise specified by the participating resort sponsors. Additional nights and/or additional travelers may be added at the customer’s discretion and are available at preferred rates through our resort partners.

  10. All travelers are required to attend a mandatory VIP presentation lasting approximately ninety (90) to one hundred twenty (120) minutes at each destination. Failure to attend will result in a no-show penalty.

  11. All vacation packages require a minimum of sixty (60) days advance booking, and ninety (90) days advance booking for major holidays. Peak season fees may apply.

  12. Reservations may be changed or canceled with a minimum of twenty-one (21) days’ notice prior to check-in without penalty. Upgrades and add-ons will be retained as credit for future use.

  13. Changes to reservations, including dates, itineraries, or traveler count, may require issuance of a new contract.

  14. The purchase of a vacation certificate places all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel pursuant to Florida Statute §559.933. All purchases are non-refundable; however, a thirty (30) day warranty period from the date of purchase applies in accordance with Florida law.

  15. Purchaser acknowledges that no representations have been relied upon other than those expressly stated in this agreement.

  16. Any inaccurate or false information provided by the Customer for qualification purposes will result in forfeiture of the travel package and liability for the full retail cost of the resort stay.

  17. By executing this agreement, the Customer consents to receive electronic, text, and telephone communications from Platinum Stays. Opt-out requests may be submitted via email to support@platinumestays.com or by calling 888-308-9641.
