Terms of Purchase – 100% Transferable
By providing payment information and a billing address, Buyer authorizes and acknowledges that their credit card has been charged for the amount specified in this purchase order. All sales are final once the purchase is completed and accepted.

By purchasing this travel package, Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and expressly agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety without modification and intend to be legally bound by them. Buyer further agrees that these Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the contract. Any payment made toward a travel package offered by Platinum Stays constitutes final acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Platinum Stays reserves the right, with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours notice to clients, to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting such changes on its website.
Service Fulfillment Acknowledgment
The purchaser acknowledges and understands that the travel package purchased provides access to discounted travel accommodations, reservation services, and travel benefits, and is not a physical product. The purchaser further acknowledges that the merchant’s initial obligation under this agreement is fulfilled once the following materials are delivered electronically via email to the purchaser:
• purchase confirmation
• travel package agreement
• booking instructions
• customer support contact information
Delivery of these materials constitutes delivery and availability of the purchased services. The purchaser understands that the travel package requires the customer to initiate travel reservations through the merchant’s reservation process and that travel services are fulfilled upon request and subject to availability and program terms. Failure to initiate a reservation request does not constitute failure of the merchant to provide services.
Package Documentation
Upon completion of the purchase, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the travel package agreement, purchase confirmation, booking instructions, and customer support information will be delivered electronically via email to the email address provided by the purchaser at the time of purchase. The purchaser understands and agrees that delivery of these materials via email constitutes fulfillment of the merchant’s initial obligation to provide documentation and access instructions related to the purchased travel package. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the email address provided during the purchase process is accurate and capable of receiving electronic communications. The purchaser also agrees to check their inbox, spam, or junk folders for delivery of such communications. If the purchaser does not receive the package documentation or booking instructions within a reasonable period after purchase, the purchaser agrees to contact Platinum Stays Customer Support by emailing support@platinumestays.com or calling 1-888-308-9641 so the documentation may be resent. Failure to review the delivered documentation or failure to contact the merchant regarding missing documentation does not invalidate the purchase or the purchaser’s acceptance of the terms contained in this agreement.
Merchant Requirement
Before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with a bank, credit card issuer, or financial institution, the purchaser agrees to first contact Platinum Stays Customer Support to allow the merchant the opportunity to address and resolve the concern. Customers may contact the merchant through the following official support channels: support@platinumestays.com If the purchaser wishes to request a cancellation, clarification, modification, or raise any concerns regarding the purchased travel package, the purchaser must submit the request in writing via email to support@platinumestays.com. The email must include the purchaser’s name, contact information, and a detailed explanation of the request or concern so that the merchant may properly review the matter. Platinum Stays will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to all requests submitted through the official support channels. Failure to contact the merchant and submit a written request via email prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute may be considered a bypass of the merchant’s resolution process.
Liability Statement
As a condition of participation, the Customer hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Platinum Stays, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, liabilities, and expenses of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to litigation costs, court costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or related to participation in the travel package. Platinum Stays acts solely as an agent for independent travel suppliers providing resort accommodations and services. Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Platinum Stays from any actions, omissions, negligence, delays, overbookings, cancellations, service interruptions, cessation of operations, equipment failures, accidents, or itinerary or schedule changes caused by such independent suppliers.
Terms of Travel

At least one traveler must be between the ages of twenty-eight (28) and seventy-five (75) and meet a minimum annual income requirement of USD $55,000 – $75,000 for single travelers unless otherwise specified by the participating resort sponsor.

Vacation days may not be split, combined, or used consecutively unless otherwise permitted under the specific package terms. Each vacation benefit must be used independently and one benefit may be redeemed at a time. Due to the promotional marketing nature of these vacation offers, group travel is not permitted and vacation benefits may not be combined to accommodate larger parties or multiple reservations.

Each vacation benefit allows only the maximum number of travelers specified for that benefit, and additional travelers may not be added unless permitted by the participating resort and subject to applicable fees. All vacation stays are exchangeable for available destinations within the Platinum Stays program, subject to day, night, and occupancy limitations. Resort and hotel availability is subject to change

Airfare, ground transportation, resort fees, taxes, reservation booking fees, gratuities, incidental charges, and any required security or incidental deposits are the sole responsibility of the traveler unless otherwise expressly stated.

Certain booking fees, resort fees, and applicable fees may range from $9.99 to $59.99 per night depending on the destination, property, length of stay, and resort policies.

Airport transportation may be sponsored by certain all-inclusive resorts. While Platinum Stays may assist with scheduling airport pickup, all transportation during the stay remains the traveler’s responsibility.

All bookings, upgrades, modifications, and cancellations must be made through the reservations department and may be subject to applicable processing fees.

Valid identification, including but not limited to a driver’s license, passport, and credit card, must be presented upon arrival.

Some resorts impose eligibility requirements related to age, income, marital or cohabiting status. Travelers are responsible for verifying eligibility prior to booking and must comply with all resort qualification criteria.

Airfare or transportation benefits, if applicable, are determined solely by the specific certificate issued and will be disclosed at the time of issuance. Benefits vary by certificate and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the certificate terms.

Any travel certificates offered as promotional incentives are fulfilled exclusively by independent third party providers. Platinum Stays does not own, operate, administer, or control such certificates and expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for their issuance, availability, fulfillment, or performance. Access to certificate-based vacations is contingent upon the purchaser’s completion of at least one primary vacation that includes the required sponsored resort presentation. All certificate redemptions are subject to the issuing provider’s terms, conditions, availability, verification requirements, and qualification criteria.

All-inclusive destinations include a five (5) day, four (4) night stay covering two (2) adults and two (2) children. On-inclusive destinations accommodate up to four (4) travelers unless otherwise specified by the participating resort. Additional nights or additional travelers may be added at preferred partner rates. -
All travelers are required to attend a mandatory VIP presentation lasting approximately ninety (90) to one hundred twenty (120) minutes at each destination. Failure to attend may result in a no-show penalty.

All vacation packages require a minimum of sixty (60) days advance booking and ninety (90) days advance booking for major holidays. Peak season fees may apply.

Reservations may be changed or canceled with a minimum of twenty-one (21) days notice prior to check-in without penalty. Upgrades and add-ons will be retained as credit for future use. Changes to reservations may require issuance of a new contract.

The purchase of a vacation certificate places all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel pursuant to Florida Statute §559.933. All purchases are non-refundable; however, a thirty (30) day warranty period from the date of purchase applies in accordance with Florida law.

Purchaser acknowledges that no representations have been relied upon other than those expressly stated in this agreement. Any inaccurate or false information provided by the Customer for qualification purposes may result in forfeiture of the travel package and liability for the full retail cost of the resort stay.
Communication Consent
By executing this agreement, the Customer consents to receive electronic communications, including email, SMS text messages, and telephone calls from Platinum Stays regarding their purchase, reservations, and travel benefits.
