Reservation Process & Requirements
To begin your reservation, please complete the request form below. A reservation specialist will review your submission and confirm all details before anything is finalized. To explore available destination options for our hosted stays, please click the “Destination Options” link below.

Advance Notice: Please submit requests at least 60 days in advance for regular travel and 90 days for holidays or peak dates.

Separate Bookings Only: Vacations and certificates cannot be combined or used at the same time. Each benefit must be used on separate bookings (no back-to-back stays).

Hosted Vacations: Include a presentation at the sponsored destination.
– U.S. Destinations: 4 Days & 3 Nights for up to four travelers.
– All-Inclusive Destinations: 5 Days & 4 Nights for two adults and two children (12 and under)

Once your request is submitted, please allow 7–14 business days for confirmation. This processing time is standard and reflects the unique marketing structure of your package, which allows us to secure availability through our partner network and provide you with exclusive wholesale travel rates.

We recommend waiting to purchase airfare or make any additional travel arrangements until you receive final written confirmation from our reservations team, as availability is not guaranteed until your reservation is officially confirmed.
